We offer FREE DELIVERY* for all standard 1 man courier deliveries to the door only on weekdays between 9 am and 5pm.
If you require a specific day (excluding Sunday), a time slot or a Saturday delivery then we can arrange this for a reasonable small charge, please contact us for a quote.
If the item is in stock, delivery is within 1-2weeks (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If the item is on order, you will be quoted an approximate date of the goods coming into stock. Delivery will then be within 1-2weeks from the date the goods come into stock.
Basic delivery is only available for our goods that are suitable for one man courier delivery, mainly for smaller boxed items such as occasional tables and some flat packed dining sets or chairs. The courier will only deliver to the front door of your property at ground floor level, or the shared front entrance at ground floor level if you live in an apartment or high rise block. They will deliver your order between 9am and 5pm on the delivery date (Monday to Friday), so it is important to be available on the specified day to receive your goods.
For Standard delivery, there is a £24.99 delivery charge for the items to be despatched and delivered within 72 hours
If the item is in stock, delivery is within 48 hours. If the item is on order, you will be quoted an approximate date of the goods coming into stock. Delivery will then be within 72 hours from the date the goods come into stock. Once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, we will contact you to inform you.
In the case of flats or apartment blocks there should be a working lift that will facilitate the delivery of the goods to the floor you live on. For H&S reasons and depending on the weight of the goods the delivery personnel will only carry goods up (no more than) two flights of stairs where this is practical and safe. Please contact us should you have any doubts.
This service is available for smaller boxed items through to larger bulkier items such as sideboards, pre-assembled chests of drawers, mattresses, beds, wardrobes and sofas.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your goods from Lybahs Home Furnishings. However, if you do decide to return any goods, you have a 7 day cooling off period. This means that from the point of placing your order until 7 working days after receipt of your goods you can return them to us. You need to notify us in writing at enquiries@lybahs.co.uk or by post at Lybahs Home Furnishings, Returns Dept, BCR House, 3 Bredbury Business Park, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 2SN, UK. You can arrange to send the goods back to us yourself, or ask us to collect them from you. There is a standard charge for collecting goods to be returned, which is a non-refundable charge of £40 for all orders. Either way, the goods must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging and flat packed furniture must not be assembled. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened and the cooling off period does not apply to ordered non-standard or customised goods where we have taken steps to manufacture or acquire such Goods for you. Once we have received written confirmation of your cancellation, we will refund the cost of your goods to the debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. All monies will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Damaged Goods
We are positive that you will be satisfied with your goods from Lybahs Home Furnishings. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are defective, incorrect or damaged, we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. In such a case, you will need to notify us in writing at: enquiries@lybahs.co.uk or by post at Lybahs Home Furnishings, Returns Dept, BCR House, 3 Bredbury Business Park, Stockport, Cheshire, SK6 2SN, UK. within 72 hours of receipt of your goods. We will then arrange to repair or replace the goods as appropriate.
